Shipping

We ship Australia-wide. We post all items using Toll's express service. You will be provided with a tracking number once your item has been sent by dispatch.

All orders placed before 8PM AEST will be dispatched and collected by Toll the next business day.

If you place an order after 8PM AEST it will be processed the following business day.

Returns

If you are not happy with your item or you need to try a different size we will swap or refund your purchase for free within 365 days of your purchase. Send an email to sales@o2fit.com.au to process your swap or refund.

We will send your new size and include a return-paid post bag for you to return the original item. This means you pay nothing for exchanging an item for a different size.

Returns must be posted back within 365 days of online purchase date. We strongly recommend sending your returns via express or registered post. If we are unable to accommodate your exchange a refund will be provided onto your original method of payment.
