Starting in April, we will be featuring our #teamo2fit member profiles and guest blog mini-series. We will learn their story, what drives them, their achievements and what they want to share with the o2fit community. Get behind our team members and follow their journeys on social media, share stories and get involved!

First up we will meet Alex Doza Sheehan. Some of you may have seen some images of Alex on our social media before.
He recently finished 24th at a Spartan Race in February, was unable to run the Melbourne Spartan race in early March due to a minor injury and on the weekend ran the Sydney Trail Series at Manley Dam - an 8km event - and took out first place.
Alex also recently gave me personally some very valuable advice and guidance on training for a 12km fun run in May 2015...thanks Alex!!
We asked Alex to give us a brief bio and what his guest blogs would be focussing on..
I am a 33 year obstacle course racer and trail runner from Sydney. I started competing in obstacle course racing 12 months ago since then I have raced 4 states in Australia and traveled to America to compete in the first ever OCR world champs in Cincinnati finishing 22nd.
One of my goals in 2015 is to finish in the top ten at the Spartan Beast in Brisbane on May 16th to earn a spot at the Spartan World Championships to be held at Lake Tahoe in America.
Over the next 7 weeks leading up to the race I will be sharing some of my favourite workouts and race blogs as I try to push my body to a new level to achieve my goal.
